NTSE Application Form 2023
NCERT and State Liaison Officers release the NTSE notification and registration form on the official website of NCERT and the state education board. The NTSE registration process is conducted separately for all the states and UTs at the respective NTSE exam center. The forms are available both online and offline and are to be submitted to the respective State Liaison Officer with the due signature of the school’s principal. The NTSE exam 2023 will tentatively be conducted in November 2023, and the application forms will be released before that.
Students have to complete the NTSE registration process 2023 before the last date. Candidates can fill the application form offline after downloading it from the official website. They can also access their application form from the office of the Liaison Officer. The qualified aspirants from stage I will appear for the NTSE Stage II exam. Thus, the appearing candidates must check the previous year question papers for better preparations.
The application fee may apply for Stage I as per state policies. It must be paid for successful application. There is no application fee for Stage II. The fee has to be paid in the offline mode only, the details of which have been further mentioned in the article along with other important details related to registration.
Upon successful registration, candidates will be able to avail their admit card. Students must submit their NTSE application form after filling in all the details and get it signed by their Principal. The minimum eligibility criteria for NTSE must be fulfilled by candidates applying for NTSE. Applicants must not be more than 18 years.

How to Fill NTSE 2023 Application Form?
Candidates can fill the application form offline after downloading it from the official website. They can also get their forms from the office of the Liaison Officer.
After filling in all details in the application form candidates can submit the same via post on the address of the State Liaison Officer. Candidates can also submit the application form by visiting the address of the liaison officer. Given below are the steps candidates can follow to fill the application form
Step 1: Registration and Downloading Application Form
- Visit the official website of NTSE.
- Click on the link ‘Apply for NTSE 2023’.
- Fill in the following details like your Name, Date of birth, Mobile Number, Email ID, Educational Qualification, etc.
- After filling in all the credentials click on ‘submit’
- Download the NTSE Application Form
Step 2: Filling Details in NTSE Application form
Candidates have to fill in the following details in the application form in their own handwriting:
- Basic details, Category, Address, and Educational details, etc.
- Candidates have to affix their photograph and signature in the provided space.
Step 3: Candidates have to attest NTSE 2023 application form from their Principal.
Step 4: The application fee as specified by the state/UT needs to be remitted by the candidates.
Step 5: Candidates can submit their application form in the Liaison Office via post or by visiting the address of the liaison officer.
Note: Applicants must fill in all the information carefully and check it before submitting the application form. No corrections are allowed after submission.

Required Documents with NTSE Application Form
Following is the list of documents that candidates must possess at the time of application form filling.
- Colored photograph not older than 6 months from the date of form filling.
- Dark background.
- No goggles only simple spectacles.
- No makeup in the photograph clicked for the form.
- Hair must be properly tied.
- The photograph must be clicked in the school uniform.
- Indian nationals do not have to produce any document with the application form.
- Students of Indian origin who are doing class 10 from abroad, have to prove their Indian citizenship.
The candidates who have applied successfully will be able to attend Stage 1 of the NTSE exam. The respective states will issue NTSE admit Card for each candidate.
